Terms of Service

veri—able Studio operates on a productized service model. Engagements begin with a technical brief and a reservation deposit. Timelines (7-14 days for Pilots) are estimates based on standard project scopes and prompt client feedback.

A reservation fee of $500 (or ₦500,000) is required to lock a production slot. This fee is 100% refundable if the client requests it within 5 business days of the initial discovery call, provided no development work has commenced. If we cannot fulfill the scope as agreed, the fee is returned in full.

Full source code, database access, and deployment credentials are transferred to the client only upon receipt of the final project payment. Until final payment, veri—able Studio retains all intellectual property rights to the work produced.

Payments are structured as a 50% upfront (less the reservation fee) and 50% upon successful demo sign-off. For NGN-based transactions, price protection is applied for 14 days against currency volatility from the date of the technical brief.

Clients must provide all necessary brand assets, API keys (if external integrations like Stripe/Mailchimp are required), and technical specs within 48 hours of onboarding to meet the 14-day launch promise.

While we build for scale and security, veri—able Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the delivered products, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

Thirty (30) days of priority technical support is included with every Pilot. Ongoing maintenance beyond this window requires a separate 'Support Lite/Pro/Plus' subscription plan.

These terms and all project agreements are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Lagos, unless otherwise specified in an individual SOW.
